# Roundtable Launches USDC Media Payments Platform With Coinbase Wallets

Roundtable has launched a media reporting and payments platform that uses USD Coin (USDC) to settle advertising transactions through smart wallets connected to journalists’ Coinbase accounts.

The Nasdaq-listed company is transferring 21 media brands, hundreds of journalists and about $100 million in advertising business to the platform under a 10-year agreement. The arrangement puts stablecoin payments at the center of the company’s media operations.

Former British prime minister Truss joined Roundtable’s board on Sept. 18. She is scheduled to promote the platform to British media in London this week.

Roundtable shares trade under the ticker RTB and began trading on Coinbase on Sept. 23.
