# New York Stock Exchange Group Signs Tokenized Securities Deal

New York Stock Exchange Group and Blockchain.com signed a memorandum to develop access to tokenized U.S.-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds for Blockchain.com users.

Users would access the tokenized securities through the exchange’s previously announced digital alternative trading system, subject to regulatory approval.

The companies also outlined a two-way market-data arrangement. ICE Data Services plans to distribute Blockchain.com’s crypto-market data and analysis to its subscribers, while Blockchain.com plans to add selected ICE and New York Stock Exchange data to its app, which serves more than 44 million verified accounts.
