Mynt, the parent company of Philippine digital-finance platform GCash, filed a prospectus for a potential Philippine Stock Exchange IPO that could become the largest public offering in the exchange’s history.

The proposed offering covers up to 8,027,409,600 common shares at a maximum price of ₱10 each. At the maximum price, the base offering would total about ₱80.27 billion. Including the full overallotment option, proceeds could reach about ₱92.32 billion.

The base offering includes approximately 80% existing shares sold by shareholders and 20% newly issued shares. The primary proceeds are intended to fund digital-financial-services growth initiatives, product development and general corporate purposes.

Mynt plans to hold the offer period from Oct. 6-12, 2026, with pricing scheduled for Oct. 1. The tentative listing date is Oct. 20, 2026, under the ticker GCASH on the Philippine Stock Exchange Main Board. The final offer price has not been determined.

The proposed IPO remains subject to regulatory requirements, market conditions, final terms and closing conditions. Mynt’s registration statement has not become effective, and purchase offers cannot be accepted until regulatory approval and a permit to sell are issued. The current process includes a market survey.

More than 20 cornerstone investors have committed to participate, with commitments covering approximately the entire institutional tranche, subject to reallocations, final pricing and customary closing conditions. Named investors include funds managed by BlackRock, T. Rowe Price, Capital Research, HSBC Global Asset Management, International Finance Corp. and Lazard Asset Management, along with ATRAM Trust, BPI Asset Management, Metrobank Trust and Philequity Management.

“The cornerstone investor group comprises leading institutions who have indicated interest to participate in Mynt’s proposed IPO,” Mynt President and CEO Martha Sazon said.

The IPO would represent 12% of Mynt’s outstanding capital stock after the offering. Mynt’s businesses include GCash mobile-wallet operator G-Xchange and technology-focused lender Fuse Lending. The company was founded in 2015.

“We welcome this highly anticipated IPO, which is poised to set the record as the largest public offering in PSE history,” Philippine Stock Exchange President and CEO Ramon S. Monzon said.

The next scheduled step is pricing on Oct. 1, 2026, before the planned Oct. 6-12 offer period.
