The company paid an average of $85,396 per Bitcoin in the transaction. The purchase increases Strive’s Bitcoin holdings.

Strive also received $12.4 million through the exercise of warrants. Including those proceeds, SATA accounted for 85% of the total capital raised in the transaction.
