> The financing extends Reco’s $30 million Series B announced in February and brings its total capital raised to $140 million.

Reco raised $55 million in financing announced Sept. 29, extending its $30 million Series B announced in February as companies deploy more artificial intelligence agents across enterprise systems.

The financing brings Reco’s total capital raised to $140 million. AT&T invested through its venture arm, alongside Forestay and Quadrille Capital.

Reco provides security tools that map relationships among AI agents, applications, people, accounts and permissions. Its platform helps security teams identify what agents can access and restrict permissions that are not needed.

The company has more than 100 customers and integrates with more than 280 applications. Financial services companies account for about 40% of its business.

Reco plans to use the new funding for hiring, sales, partnerships and customer support. Its annual recurring revenue is in the double-digit millions of dollars, and the company expects that figure to triple this year.

“The market demand right now for agent security is not only about the agent itself; it’s about the entire ecosystem end-to-end,” co-founder and CEO Ofer Klein said.
