BAG Ventures’ regulatory filings show $8.937055 million in combined reported sales across two venture funds as of Oct. 10, 2025, providing the clearest disclosed figure for the firm’s enterprise artificial intelligence investment strategy.

The filings list $4.68 million in sales to 32 investors for BAG Ventures Fund I, LP, and $4.257055 million in sales to 93 investors for BAG Ventures Fund I-A, LP. Fund I lists a $60 million total offering amount.

BAG Ventures was founded by former Google executives Bonita C. Stewart and Jackson Georges Jr., who are identified as cofounders and managing partners. The filings name Stewart and Georges as managers of the general partners for the two funds.

The firm focuses on early-stage AI companies serving enterprise customers. Its investment areas include AI data infrastructure, AI compute, physical and edge AI, AI-native security, governance, agentic infrastructure and vertical service-as-software.

BAG Ventures’ portfolio lists Lanai, Nomadic, SXD, Defendermate, BizTrip, Galvant, Cactus Compute and Kuddo. The firm is targeting products designed to fit into existing business workflows, automate specific tasks and demonstrate a path to revenue.

The filings use Regulation D exemptions. The disclosed sales figures represent the amounts listed in the filings as of Oct. 10, 2025, while the offering amount for Fund I is substantially higher than the sales recorded by that date.
