> The company advertises payments starting at $50 a month and says customers receive Bitcoin after completing 60 installments.

BTCNow says early access is open for a 60-month Bitcoin (BTC) purchase plan, offering customers a fixed-price purchase paid over time with advertised payments starting at $50 a month.

Customers make 60 equal payments with no down payment, and the price is locked when they sign up. BTCNow says it buys Bitcoin before selling a plan and holds it in a Delaware statutory trust during repayment. The company identifies BitGo Trust Company as custodian and Wilmington Trust as trustee.

Customers receive Bitcoin in a BitGo wallet after completing the plan. BTCNow warns that Bitcoin is volatile and says the product is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC).

BTCNow describes the plan as different from dollar-cost averaging, where a buyer makes separate purchases at prevailing market prices over time. The company says its plan fixes the purchase price at signing.

BTCNow plans a U.S.-wide rollout in the coming months, but has not specified a start date or which states will offer the plan. Founder and CEO Marc Dumpff said, “We think there’s room for another model.”

A Form D filing for BTC NOW INC. lists Dumpff as president and an executive officer. The filing reports that the first sale in the company’s securities offering occurred May 19, 2026, and that BTC NOW INC. had sold $1.125 million in securities to four investors as of the filing.
