Strive added 2,000 Bitcoin (BTC) to its holdings last week in a $169 million purchase, bringing its total to 29,462 BTC and expanding its corporate Bitcoin treasury.

The purchase averaged $84,422 per Bitcoin. SATA supplied 61.5% of the financing, and warrants generated $56.7 million.

Strive also submitted an 8-K disclosing key metrics and performance indicators as of the third quarter of 2026.
