Binance scheduled trading for a tokenized security linked to StablecoinX Inc.’s Nasdaq-listed stock at 8 a.m. ET (12:00 UTC) Wednesday, giving eligible users access to a certificate that can trade beyond regular U.S. equity-market hours.

The bStock will trade against Tether (USDT), with withdrawals scheduled to open at 9 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC). Users can also convert the product against Bitcoin (BTC), USDT and other supported tokens through Binance Convert within one hour of the spot listing, with no conversion fee.

The certificate is backed by, and can be converted with, StablecoinX’s Class A common stock at a 1:1 ratio. It is not the stock itself and does not give holders direct ownership of StablecoinX or ordinary shareholder rights.

The product is unavailable to U.S. persons and has not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or state securities laws. It is issued under an Abu Dhabi Global Market prospectus, placing the product within a legal and market structure separate from the Nasdaq-listed equity.

The scheduled launch follows [Binance’s broader Oct. 7 bStocks rollout](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/27219>), which also includes bStocks linked to JPMorgan Chase, Eli Lilly and Securitize Corp.

StablecoinX completed its business combination with TLGY Acquisition Corp. on June 25. Its Class A shares began trading on Nasdaq on June 26 under the ticker USDE, which is separate from Ethena’s synthetic dollar, USDe.

StablecoinX held approximately 3.0 billion ENA tokens and $232.6 million in total assets as of June 30. Its digital intangible assets were valued at $212.9 million at cost, less impairment. The company’s Decentralized Verifier Node had processed more than $3.0 billion in cumulative verified cross-chain volume as of Aug. 12.

Ethena has proposed a basis-trading structure that would pair a long position in a tokenized stock with a short position in a matching equity perpetual contract on the same venue. The framework recommended approving Binance bStocks subject to additional documentation and controls, but did not establish that StablecoinX’s bStock had already been added to USDe’s backing strategy.

Trading is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. ET Wednesday, followed by withdrawals at 9 a.m. ET.
