> The majority-owned venture with Edge Node Inc. will deploy GPU capacity at powered data centers and mobile-tower sites, with 2027 revenue guidance of $125 million to $175 million.

Forum Markets formed a majority-owned venture with Edge Node Inc. to develop AI inference infrastructure at existing U.S. power sites, targeting approximately 11 megawatts of capacity and $125 million to $175 million in consolidated revenue for 2027.

Forum Edge AI LLC was formed Oct. 2, 2026. Forum owns 51% of the venture, serves as its sole manager and expects to consolidate the venture, with Edge Node’s share reported as a noncontrolling interest below net income. Edge Node owns the remaining 49%.

The initial portfolio includes a Dallas data center, a campus in High Point, North Carolina, and an initial mobile-tower deployment in Texas. The Dallas site has about 2 megawatts operating and is expected to reach approximately 4 megawatts at the meter by early 2027. Contracted revenue from the site is expected to begin in late 2026 or early 2027.

At High Point, about 6 megawatts of GPUs are expected to be energized in the first quarter of 2027. An investor presentation lists 4,376 GPUs across the initial buildout and approximately 11 megawatts at the meter by the second quarter of 2027.

The guidance reflects 100% of joint-venture revenue because Forum expects to consolidate the business. Project-level entities will be financed separately, while compute equipment will be funded partly through customer deposits and equipment financing. Real estate and site equipment have been purchased.

AI inference is the process of using a trained model to produce outputs for users or applications. The venture is designed to support inference workloads through GPU capacity located at existing powered data centers and communications sites.

“Deal flow was never the constraint in this market. Discipline was,” Forum Chairman and CEO McAndrew Rudisill said.

“The next phase of AI infrastructure will require more than simply adding GPU capacity—it will require a distributed compute architecture that brings high-performance inference closer to where workloads and customers operate,” Edge Node founder and CEO Mallik Panda said.

The venture is Forum’s first major AI infrastructure investment following a strategic review. Edge Node will license its inference technology and provide technical and operating personnel. The planned deployments remain subject to financing, equipment delivery, site upgrades and other milestones.
