NovaGold Resources Inc. posted a third-quarter GAAP loss of $0.08 per share, missing expectations by $0.04 as the mining company reported its latest cash position and operating expenditures.

NovaGold held approximately $343.4 million in cash and term deposits as of Aug. 31, 2026. Net operational cash expenditures totaled $28.1 million during the quarter.

That figure included $24.8 million for NovaGold’s share of funding for Donlin.
