> The planned service is expected to include Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, Google, Meta, Amazon and Circle, with settlement in USDC on Solana.

Securitize announced plans for a tokenized U.S. stock service that is expected to begin with shares tied to eight major companies, bringing equity exposure onto a blockchain-based platform.

The initial group is expected to include Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, Google, Meta, Amazon and Circle. The service will launch on Solana and use USDC for settlement, according to the announcement.

Each token is designed to represent a 1:1 claim on an underlying share held through regulated securities-broker infrastructure. Eligible investors may receive related voting rights, dividends and other shareholder rights, while some tokens may be exchanged for traditional shares under applicable conditions.

The service is expected to support extended U.S. trading hours at launch. Securitize plans to expand trading gradually toward a 24/7 model.
