Tenev sold 375,000 shares at an average price of $113.72, for approximately $42.645 million. His direct holdings declined to 6,907 shares after the transaction.

Martin sold 10,000 shares at an average price of $113.71, totaling about $1.1371 million. His direct holdings fell to 499,943 shares.
