> The program targets Brazilian receivables, debentures and other regulated credit instruments through 2028 as institutional access to XDC infrastructure expands.

XDC Network and Brazilian fintech Liqi expanded their tokenization commitment to $2 billion through 2028, targeting regulated credit instruments and extending the network’s institutional strategy beyond its original $500 million goal.

The program covers receivables, debentures, corporate credit, agricultural credit and real-estate credit from Brazil’s regulated financial market. These assets are financial claims represented on blockchain infrastructure rather than cryptocurrencies.

The original commitment was set at $500 million in tokenized real-world assets. Liqi CEO Daniel Coquieri said the target was completed in 15 months, nine months ahead of schedule.

“The renewal of the partnership reaches US$ 2 billion in tokenized assets by 2028,” Coquieri said.

The $2 billion amount represents a forward commitment through 2028, not a confirmed current balance of assets tokenized on XDC Network.

The strategy combines tokenization with access through investment products, custody and trading services. 21Shares lists the 21Shares XDC Network Staking ETP, ticker XDCN, with a Sept. 10, 2026, valuation date. Staking returns are reflected in the product’s net asset value.

Bitcoin Suisse also made XDC Network available to clients for trading and custody. XDC Network is an EVM-compatible blockchain focused on trade finance, real-world-asset tokenization and enterprise applications.

The Liqi expansion extends that strategy to additional regulated credit assets, while the staking product and financial services support broader institutional access to XDC infrastructure.
