> The Series D will fund component purchases and manufacturing expansion as the company works through a backlog exceeding current production capacity.

Oxide Computer Company raised $445 million in a Series D led by Eclipse to expand manufacturing, secure components and fulfill a backlog that exceeds its current production capacity.

Existing investors US Innovative Technology Fund, Riot Ventures and Jane Street participated in the round. Atreides Management and AMD Ventures joined as new investors, while Friends and Family Capital and Counterpart also participated.

Oxide said its manufacturing capacity increased 20 times over the 12 months ending Oct. 9, 2026, but demand continued to exceed supply. The company said the funding will support component purchases, manufacturing expansion, existing orders and new customer demand.

A Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission listed $444,999,052 in equity sold to 15 investors, with no amount remaining. The filing recorded July 20, 2026, as the first sale date.

Oxide said ordinary operations generated taxable income in spring 2026, bringing the company to profitability earlier in the year.

“Oxide turned profitable, which begs the question again, ‘Why are you raising more capital?’ Well, the answer is because demand for Oxide’s products continues to outstrip supply,” co-founder and CEO Steve Tuck said.

Oxide sells its Cloud Computer, an integrated rack-scale system that combines purpose-built hardware with open-source software for organizations operating their own data centers. The platform combines computing, storage, networking and software, and uses AMD processors to provide cloud-style automation on-premises.

“The accelerating pace of on-prem cloud computing projects has required us to scale manufacturing capacity by 20x over the past 12 months, and yet demand still exceeds supply,” Tuck said.
