> ASBISc Enterprises Plc reported $2.9652 billion in first-half revenue, while server and server-block sales rose 264.3% year over year.

ASBISc Enterprises Plc posted sharp revenue and profit growth in the first half of 2026 as servers became its fastest-growing product category and main growth driver, with the Cyprus-based distributor also benefiting from stronger smartphone sales.

ASBIS generated $2.9652 billion in first-half revenue, up 75.9% from the same period in 2025. Net profit after tax increased to $80.594 million from $19.433 million.

Second-quarter revenue reached $1.6967 billion, an annual increase of 78.7%. Quarterly net profit rose to $44.273 million from $12.118 million.

Server and server-block revenue totaled $1.1313 billion in the first half, accounting for 38.15% of group revenue after growing 264.3% year over year. The category produced $723.424 million in the second quarter, or 42.64% of quarterly revenue, after rising 284.7% from a year earlier.

ASBIS said its order book included several large server projects worth more than $860 million as of Aug. 6. The company distributes server CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, server memory, solid-state drives, hard-disk storage and networking equipment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Its portfolio covers more than 250 technology brands, including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Micron, Seagate, Toshiba and Supermicro. ASBIS described AI servers and data-center infrastructure as its primary growth driver during the first half and highlighted continued opportunities through 2026 and beyond.

Smartphones remained ASBIS’ second-largest product category in the second quarter. The business generated $526.466 million, equal to 31.03% of revenue, after sales increased 35.6% year over year.

Rising AI data-center demand, broader distribution infrastructure and strong demand for new smartphone models helped drive the company’s performance. The company operates as a value-added distributor of information-technology and Internet-of-Things products.

The Commonwealth of Independent States generated $636.410 million in second-quarter revenue, making it ASBIS’ largest regional source. Western Europe followed with $362.708 million.

ASBIS estimated August revenue at $604 million, up 91% from $316 million a year earlier. The company identified the August figure as preliminary. It disclosed the estimate Sept. 21 at 2:09 a.m. ET (06:09 UTC).
