Bellway p.l.c. posted full-year non-GAAP earnings per share of 187.80 pence and revenue of £3.16 billion, with higher housing revenue and home completions supporting the year-over-year increase.

Revenue rose 13.7% from the prior year. Housing revenue increased 13.6% to £3.1451 billion from £2.7683 billion.

The U.K. homebuilder completed 9,695 homes during the year, up from 8,749 previously. That represented a 10.8% increase in total housing completions.
