Wells Fargo posted third-quarter GAAP earnings per share of $1.87, beating expectations by $0.01, while revenue increased from a year earlier but fell short of estimates.

Revenue reached $21.87 billion for the quarter, up 2% year over year and $450 million below expectations.

ROTCE was 16.2% for the first nine months of 2026, compared with 14.7% during the same period in 2025.

The results were published Oct. 13, 2026.
