Accenture acquired Sagacity, a London-based customer intelligence firm, in a deal that expands Accenture Song’s AI-driven customer intelligence capabilities across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Founded in 2005, Sagacity specializes in data, AI technology and customer intelligence. The acquisition adds more than 140 professionals to Accenture Song.

The deal broadens Accenture Song’s work in AI-driven customer intelligence across the region, giving Accenture a larger team focused on data and artificial intelligence services for customers in the UK and Ireland.
