> The company raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance from $5 million to $8 million to $10 million to $11 million. Separately, an Army division is seeking information from potential rare earth magnet suppliers.

Evolution Metals & Technologies kept its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook at $400 million to $460 million, while raising its fiscal 2026 guidance, as the U.S. Army separately seeks information from potential rare earth magnet suppliers.

The company increased its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $10 million to $11 million from $5 million to $8 million. It first set the fiscal 2027 range on Sept. 10, 2026, and reaffirmed it in an Oct. 9 filing. The outlook is based on management expectations and anticipated customer demand, not contracted volumes.

Evolution said 13 additional ULVAC production machines were scheduled for delivery in October 2026 to its operation in Pohang, South Korea. The company projects that annual magnet capacity will exceed 10,000 metric tons once the equipment is operational, including about 6,000 metric tons of high-performance sintered magnets.

Separately, Army Contracting Command (ACC) – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is seeking information from potential vendors able to supply rare earth magnets. The sources-sought notice is market research and does not indicate that a contract has been awarded or a supplier selected.

The procurement notice comes ahead of broader supply-chain restrictions for samarium-cobalt and neodymium-iron-boron magnets under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clause 252.225-7052. Those restrictions begin Jan. 1, 2027, and are subject to exceptions in the clause.
