Zenzap has raised $44 million as it seeks to scale a workplace messaging app that combines chat, task management and artificial intelligence tools for mobile-first teams.

The platform offers group and direct messages, calendar integration and schedule management. Its free tier also includes AI-powered voice chat and search. Paid plans start at $51 per month for up to 20 users and add voice and video calls, task sorting, templates and higher file-storage limits.

Zenzap also offers AI agents for workflow automation and tools that transcribe voice notes and calls. Those features use a credit-based pricing system.

Zenzap lists FedEx, Dollar General, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Casey’s and Regal as clients. Founder Guy Weiss said branches of restaurant chains including IHOP and McDonald’s use the platform to coordinate shifts and discuss supplies.

The company has 50 employees in the United States, Tel Aviv and Europe, and plans to hire in product and research and development.

Bessemer, Lightspeed and The Garage participated in the funding round. Individual investors included Wix President Nir Zohar and former GM of EY Yoram Tietz.
