Aurora Cannabis is urging shareholders to reject Curaleaf Holdings’ revised hostile bid, which values each Aurora share at an implied $5 under the updated terms.

Curaleaf changed its offer on Oct. 5 to include $1.00 in cash and 0.4013 of a Curaleaf share for each Aurora share. Aurora is recommending that shareholders turn down the proposal.
