Home BancShares, Inc. posted third-quarter non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.65, matching estimates, while revenue came in $7.11 million below expectations at $288.4 million.

Revenue was 3.9% higher than a year earlier.

Adjusted pre-provision net revenue (PPNR), a non-GAAP measure, totaled $166.6 million. That compared with $171.2 million in the second quarter and $157.7 million in the third quarter of 2025.
