Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) approved a NT$7.0-per-share cash dividend for the second quarter of 2026 on Aug. 11, with payment scheduled for Jan. 7, 2027.

For TSMC common shares, the ex-dividend date is Dec. 10 and the record date is Dec. 16; for its American depositary shares, both dates are Dec. 10.
