# BNY Declares $0.63 Quarterly Dividend, Sets Nov. 9 Payment

The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation declared its next quarterly common-stock dividend at $0.63 per share on Oct. 15, keeping the July-approved rate in place for a Nov. 9 payment to eligible shareholders.

Investors on the shareholder register at the end of business Oct. 26 are eligible for the distribution.

The board raised the quarterly payout by 19% in July, from $0.53 to $0.63 a share. The latest declaration maintains that amount for the next payment.
