MGP Ingredients, Inc. plans to adopt Sempreon, Inc. as its corporate name and change its trading symbol from MGPI to CASK on Nov. 2, 2026.

The planned name change would bring Branded Spirits, Distilling Solutions and Ingredient Solutions under the Sempreon identity. MGP Ingredients’ 85-year history began with a single distillery and has expanded across those three business lines.

The company plans to make the name and ticker changes on the same date.
