# Gladstone Capital Declares $0.15 Monthly Distributions Through December

On Oct. 13, Gladstone Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: GLAD) declared $0.15 monthly distributions per common share through December, maintaining the prior quarter's rate and bringing the three payments to $0.45 per share.

The October distribution is payable Oct. 30 to shareholders of record Oct. 23. The November payment is scheduled for Nov. 30 for holders of record Nov. 19, and the December payment is set for Dec. 31 for holders of record Dec. 21.

The common-share amount matches the rate declared for each month of July, August and September. The company focuses on secured first- and second-lien term loans to U.S. businesses in the lower middle market.

The company also declared monthly distributions of $0.130208 per share on its unlisted 6.25% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for October, November and December. Those payments total $0.390624 per share for the quarter.
