> Revenue from continuing operations rose 148% year over year. Discontinued Ekso operations accounted for $16.1 million of the total loss.

ChronoScale Holdings Corporation posted $41.5 million in fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue from continuing operations, up 148% year over year, while its total GAAP net loss reached $42.5 million.

The quarter ended Aug. 31, 2026, and results were announced Oct. 15. Revenue was $41.482 million, compared with $16.718 million in the year-earlier quarter. A first-time customer drove much of the increase by buying AI computing equipment and associated support and maintenance under resale agreements.

The total net loss was $42.484 million, or $0.29 per share. Continuing operations accounted for $26.430 million of the loss, or $0.18 per share; discontinued Ekso operations contributed $16.054 million, or $0.11 per share. The year-earlier total GAAP net loss was $11.243 million.

Continuing-operations cost of revenue was $45.628 million, exceeding revenue, while selling, general and administrative expenses totaled $20.741 million.

“Our priority is disciplined execution and delivering the infrastructure our customers need at scale,” CEO Cenly Chen said.

ChronoScale completed the sale of its legacy Ekso business on Sept. 30, after the quarter ended. Its shares trade on Nasdaq under the ticker CHRN.
