# NB Bancorp, Inc. Posts $23.1 Million Third-Quarter Profit

NB Bancorp, Inc., the Needham Bank parent, earned $23.1 million in the third quarter of 2026, up from $15.4 million a year earlier, as revenue climbed to $76.5 million.

Diluted GAAP earnings per share were $0.58 for the quarter ended Sept. 30. Revenue compared with $51.9 million in the third quarter of 2025 and $74.7 million in the second quarter of 2026.

The Needham, Massachusetts-based holding company’s board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. It is payable Nov. 12 to shareholders of record Oct. 29.
