Con Edison declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.8875 per common share on Oct. 15, with payment scheduled for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Nov. 18.

The declared amount matches the quarterly rate set in July. In January, Con Edison raised the rate from $0.85 to $0.8875 per share, an annualized increase of $0.15.

The company paid $0.85 per share each quarter in 2025.
