USA Compression Partners, LP (TXSE: USAC) set a third-quarter cash distribution of $0.525 per common unit, keeping the annualized rate at $2.10 and scheduling payment for Nov. 6.

Unitholders recorded at the close of business Oct. 26 are eligible for the distribution.

The amount matches the partnership’s second-quarter 2026 cash distribution. USA Compression Partners provides midstream natural gas compression services for gathering, processing and transportation.

The partnership plans to release third-quarter results before U.S. markets open Nov. 3. A conference call is scheduled for 11 a.m. ET (16:00 UTC) that day.
