> Learning Studio will offer study aids based on assigned McGraw Hill course content in select courses. The partnership adds guided discussions and AI-supported feedback for instructors.

McGraw Hill announced Friday it will add a personalized AI study hub to Connect and partner with Breakout Learning on classroom discussions and instructor feedback, expanding tools for students and instructors.

Called Learning Studio, the hub will offer materials based on assigned McGraw Hill course content in select courses. Students can use text summaries, audio podcasts, chapter overviews, key-term lists and ungraded knowledge checks. The summaries may also incorporate notes students take in Connect.

The Breakout Learning partnership pairs course materials with small-group discussions and individual oral assignments. Its virtual platform guides students through real-time conversations applying course concepts. Instructors will receive AI-enabled feedback about student participation, comprehension and skill development.

McGraw Hill’s AI Reader has reached more than 3 million students since its 2024 launch.

“AI should deepen learning, not shortcut it,” said Dr. Dave Duke, chief product officer for higher education at McGraw Hill.
