> Its Nasdaq Global Select Market listing remains in place during the 180-calendar-day compliance window as the company weighs possible changes to its ADS ratio.

LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: LX) has until April 12, 2027, to meet Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price rule after the exchange notified it of a deficiency.

The notice covers the period from Sept. 1 through Oct. 13, when the closing bid for Lexin’s American depositary shares (ADSs) did not satisfy the threshold. The company must record a closing bid of at least $1 per ADS for 10 consecutive business days within the 180-calendar-day compliance window. Nasdaq may require a longer qualifying period.

Lexin’s ADSs will remain listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market during that window. The notice leaves the company’s business, operations and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations unchanged.

The notice follows similar bid-price deficiencies for other Nasdaq-listed companies, including [Fort Technology](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/33816>). Lexin is evaluating options that include changing the ratio between its ADSs and Class A ordinary shares. One ADS currently corresponds to two Class A ordinary shares. The company has not announced a specific change and may qualify for another compliance period if it misses the April deadline.
