UNO Digital Bank has restored transfers in its mobile app after several days of disruption, while customers continue to report delays and problems accessing connected services.

In the app’s version 2.0, users can send and receive funds through InstaPay, PESONet and GCash. Some customers have described transfers debited from their accounts that remained pending for days and had not reached recipients. Other complaints include loading failures in GCash’s GSave feature, delayed crediting of matured time deposits and errors during ATM transactions.

UNO began emergency maintenance Oct. 11 as part of a scheduled system transition. The outage led depositors to lodge complaints with regulators. Technical issues required immediate maintenance without advance notice, and the maintenance did not compromise customer balances.

UNO also plans to credit bonus interest to eligible savings accounts for customers with funded accounts. The bank is one of six digital banking entities licensed by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Deposits carry insurance coverage of up to 1 million pesos per depositor from Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp.
