HDFC Bank Limited’s standalone net profit increased to ₹19,509.96 crore in the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, from ₹18,641.28 crore a year earlier, marking a year-over-year gain for the Indian bank.

Basic earnings per share were ₹12.66, and diluted earnings per share were ₹12.63. The results were unaudited and reported in rupees. Neither EPS figure was annualized.

The bank’s board approved the quarterly results at 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) on Oct. 17.
