> The U.S.-listed company added 12,535 ETH in a week and reported that about 84% of its Ether holdings were staked.

U.S.-listed BitMine said it held 6,041,481 Ether (ETH) on Oct. 18, a position it put at about 4.9% of Ethereum’s total supply after a week of purchases.

The company added 12,535 ETH over the week. That weekly purchase is the change BitMine identified alongside its latest holdings total, while 6,041,481 ETH is its full reported balance at the Oct. 18 snapshot. The 4.9% figure compares BitMine’s Ether holdings with the total supply of ETH.

BitMine also reported 215 Bitcoin (BTC) and about $582 million in cash and marketable securities. Its crypto assets, cash and other investments together were valued at about $15.1 billion.

About 5.067 million ETH were staked, equal to roughly 84% of BitMine’s Ether holdings. The 84% measure applies to the company’s own ETH position, while the 4.9% measure refers to its share of total supply. Together, the figures describe both the size of BitMine’s ETH position and how much of that position the company reported as staked.
