The company bought the bitcoin from Oct. 14 to Oct. 16 at an average price of about $81,734 per coin, including fees and expenses. That puts the purchase at approximately $100 million. Strive had previously disclosed buying 2,822 BTC on Oct. 12 and Oct. 13.

Strive has priced an offering of 7 million shares of its 15% Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock at $90 per share. The proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes, which may include bitcoin purchases, working capital, other assets and share buybacks.

The SATS offering is scheduled to settle Oct. 20, subject to customary closing conditions.
