Cherry SE entered into an agreement with Cherry TopCo S.à r.l., an indirect subsidiary of major shareholder Argand Partners, LP, for a liquidity commitment of up to €5 million. The commitment runs through Dec. 31, 2026. An earlier liquidity commitment from Argand was fulfilled through Cherry’s latest capital increase.

Preliminary, unaudited figures put Cherry’s group revenue for the first nine months of 2026 at €58.9 million, down from €70.7 million a year earlier. The figures include the Digital Health segment, which is classified as discontinued operations and is intended to be sold through an ongoing M&A process.

The revenue decline was tied to deliberate efforts to clear distributor inventories in the Peripherals segment. A lower cost base, showing the initial results of Project Blossom, helped raise gross margin by 7.4 percentage points.

Cherry expects an adjusted group EBITDA loss of €6.9 million for the period, compared with a €11.9 million loss in the first nine months of 2025. The prior-year comparison excludes €7 million in proceeds from the sale of Active Key, a hygiene peripherals business; those proceeds were included in the 2025 nine-month report.

The company postponed publication of its nine-month statement, which had been scheduled for Nov. 18, because the audit of its 2025 group and annual financial statements is not complete. A new publication date has not been determined.
