Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. (MCB) raised its quarterly dividend by 14.3% to $0.40 per share, lifting the NYSE-listed company's payout ahead of a Nov. 10 payment.

The new amount is $0.05 above the previous quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share. The forward yield at the new rate is 1.85%.

Oct. 30 is both the record date, which determines eligibility for the dividend, and the ex-dividend date. Payment is scheduled for Nov. 10.
