# Binance to Update Leverage and Margin Tiers for 15 Perpetual Contracts

Binance will update leverage and margin tiers for 15 Tether (USDT)-margined perpetual contracts, affecting traders who already hold positions in those markets.

The update includes APRUSDT, AIOUSDT, TRIAUSDT, WETUSDT and STBLUSDT.

It also covers IDOLUSDT and GOATUSDT, along with QUSDT, B2USDT, AIAUSDT, CYSUSDT, DOSUSDT, TURTLEUSDT, AVAAIUSDT and TRADOORUSDT.

Leverage sets how much exposure a trader can take relative to posted margin. Maintenance margin is the amount required to keep a position open. Existing positions will be affected.

The update is scheduled to be completed by 2:30 a.m. ET (06:30 UTC) on Oct. 30.
