> The Oct. 19 post identified no new deal or XRP deployment. Ripple Swell is scheduled for Oct. 27-29 in New York.

Evernorth Holdings Inc. pointed to Ripple Swell 2026 in an Oct. 19 social media post without saying what is planned, giving investors no new business detail ahead of the conference.

The post identified no new deal or XRP deployment. It did not specify a presentation or say who is planning the activity.

Evernorth completed its business combination Oct. 9, when it held approximately 473 million XRP. Its shares began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on Oct. 12.

Separately, the company plans to deploy from its treasury through institutional strategies in the fourth quarter of 2026. Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase and BitGo are its initial execution partners. Evernorth’s [Oct. 14 announcement](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/31942>) specified no allocation to the four partners, and their agreements remain subject to closing conditions and any required approvals.

XRPN shares may trade at a significant premium or discount to the per-share net asset value of Evernorth’s XRP holdings. As of the date of its prospectus, Evernorth and its operating subsidiary had generated no revenue.

Ripple Swell runs Oct. 27-29 at The Shed in New York. It brings together Ripple’s finance conference, the XRP Ledger’s Apex gathering and UBRI Connect, with sessions on payments, stablecoins and tokenization.
