Hyperscale Data, Inc. declared monthly cash dividends for its Series D and Series E preferred shares, setting separate per-share amounts for holders of each class ahead of a Nov. 10 payment.

The company's board declared $0.2708333 per share for its 13% Series D cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock. It also declared $0.20833 per share for its 10% Series E cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock.

The dividends apply to the two preferred share classes. Hyperscale Data's common stock trades on NYSE American under GPUS; the declaration does not set a dividend for those shares. The company operates an AI data center.

Holders of record of the respective preferred shares on Oct. 31 are scheduled to receive their payments Nov. 10.
