Ayesha Arora-Hughes is seeking more than $100 million for a fund backing AI applications and infrastructure, with Palo Alto Networks Chairman and CEO Nikesh Arora advising the firm.

Permanent Partners Collective Fund I LP is the vehicle for the planned investments. The more than $100 million figure is a fundraising target, not capital already raised.

As of Sept. 18, the fund had sold $0 to zero investors and had not made its first sale. Its Form D notice to the SEC listed the offering amount as indefinite. The fund is a Delaware limited partnership based in San Francisco.

Arora-Hughes has worked on enterprise software, AI, fintech and cybersecurity investments at S32. Nikesh Arora previously served as SoftBank’s president and chief operating officer.
