Sallie Mae declared a fourth-quarter 2026 dividend of $0.13 per common share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 4.

The Oct. 20 declaration also included a separate dividend of $1.4939647 per share on Series B preferred stock. That amount applies to a different class of shares and is separate from the common-stock payment.

The next date for the common-stock dividend is the Dec. 4 record date, followed by the scheduled Dec. 15 payment.
