# Binance to Delist PTBUSDT and MITOUSDT Perpetual Contracts Oct. 23

Binance Futures will close and settle all open PTBUSDT and MITOUSDT USDⓈ-M perpetual positions on Oct. 23, ending trading in both contracts after settlement is complete.

Users have been restricted from placing new non-reduce-only orders in either contract since 5:30 a.m. ET (09:30 UTC) on Oct. 21. These are orders that are not limited to reducing an existing position. Certain market makers may be exempt from the restriction to support liquidity.

Binance Futures will automatically settle the remaining positions at 5 a.m. ET (09:00 UTC) on Oct. 23, then remove both contracts.
