# Ardagh to Report Q3 Results Against $200 Million to $210 Million EBITDA Outlook

Ardagh Metal Packaging (NYSE: AMBP) will report third-quarter results Thursday against an adjusted EBITDA forecast of $200 million to $210 million, with its 2026 outlook raised to $775 million to $790 million.

The results release is scheduled for 7 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC) Thursday, Oct. 22. The company’s investor webcast and call are set for 9 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC).

Ardagh issued its third-quarter forecast with its second-quarter results in July. The range compares with adjusted EBITDA of $208 million in the year-earlier quarter, or $207 million at constant currency. It is company guidance for the quarter.

The company also raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA forecast to $775 million to $790 million from $750 million to $775 million. The outlook assumes modest growth in global shipments.

Second-quarter revenue increased 18% year over year to $1.713 billion, or 16% at constant currency. Adjusted EBITDA rose 14% to $240 million, or 13% at constant currency. Global beverage-can shipments declined 1% from a year earlier, while Ardagh expected modest global volume growth to resume in the second half of 2026.

Ardagh operates 23 production facilities in nine countries and employs about 6,500 people. Its sales totaled $5.5 billion in 2025.
