# Bureau Veritas Reports 10.1% Q3 Revenue Growth as Organic Growth Accelerates

Bureau Veritas’ third-quarter revenue rose 10.1% year over year to €1,569.7 million as organic growth accelerated from the prior quarter and the company reaffirmed its 2026 outlook.

Revenue was €1,425.2 million in the third quarter of 2025. Organic growth reached 6.2% in the latest quarter, up from 5.9% in the second quarter of 2026. Portfolio changes added 1.8 percentage points to reported growth: bolt-on acquisitions contributed 2.7 points, while disposals reduced it by 0.9 point. Currency movements added 2.1 points, mainly as the U.S. dollar strengthened against the euro.

Buildings & Infrastructure recorded the fastest organic growth among the four divisions, at 7.9%, on revenue of €562.3 million. Product Testing & Services generated €279 million in revenue, with organic growth of 7%. Industrials & Commodities posted €591 million and 5.1% growth. Business Assurance recorded €137.4 million in revenue and 3.2% growth.

The four-division structure took effect July 1, 2026, replacing the company’s previous six-division reporting setup. Across the first nine months of the year, revenue totaled €4,513.8 million, increasing 4.9% on a reported basis and 5.7% organically from the same period a year earlier.

The company kept its full-year guidance for organic revenue growth at a mid-to-high single-digit rate. It also maintained its targets for higher adjusted operating margin at constant exchange rates and strong cash flow generation.

Chief Executive Officer Hinda Gharbi called the quarter “another quarter of solid execution.” Bureau Veritas provides inspection, Business Assurance and laboratory testing services. Its shares trade on Euronext Paris under ticker BVI.
