United Rentals’ board approved a quarterly cash distribution of $1.97 per share on Oct. 21. The equipment-rental company set Nov. 11 as the date for determining eligible stockholders and scheduled payment for Nov. 25.

The payout matches the rate declared in July. United Rentals raised its quarterly dividend by 10% in January to $1.97 per share.
