# IBM Approves $1.69 Quarterly Dividend for December Payment

IBM’s board approved a $1.69 cash dividend for each common share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 10 to shareholders on record Nov. 10.

The payout is level with IBM’s June and September distributions. The company paid $1.68 per share in March.

The December distribution will add another year to IBM’s record of paying quarterly dividends, which dates to 1916.
