# Cass Information Systems Raises Q4 Dividend to $0.34 a Share

> Third-quarter net income rose 16.1% to $10.6 million, and diluted earnings per share increased 19.1% to $0.81.

The company set its fourth-quarter 2026 dividend at $0.34 per share, lifting the quarterly payout by 6.3% as it posted year-over-year gains in third-quarter net income and diluted earnings per share.

Cass Information Systems announced the rate Thursday, Oct. 22, alongside its third-quarter results. The dividend rose by 2 cents from the previous $0.32 per share.

For the quarter, Cass recorded $10.6 million in net income, a 16.1% rise from the prior-year period. Diluted earnings per share advanced 19.1% to $0.81.
